Before setting out on the design a program or a single course, it is essential to understand the performance gap.

A good gap analysis at an early stage makes it easier to design appropriate programs and to measure success.

How we help

We do analysis using any combination of Skills Assessments, Psychometric tests, manager and individual interviews or focus groups. We may also look at data such as safety statistics or sales performance.


Once the performance gap is known and the objective agreed, course design can be more focused and relevant.

We can design for delivery in the classroom, online or in virtual classrooms.  We also have tools to enable mobile learning – where a learner has access to short nuggets of learning.
