FactoryIQ

Know what your plant is doing while you can still do something about it.

What is FactoryIQ?

What is FactoryIQ?

FactoryIQ is a factory management platform. It brings production, downtime, waste, process conditions, orders and safety information into one system, so the people running the operation can see performance as it happens rather than reading about it the following morning.

Why It Matters

Why It Matters

In most plants, the information leadership relies on is at least a day old and has passed through several pairs of hands. Output is written on a board and typed into a spreadsheet. A stoppage is explained from memory at the end of the shift. Waste appears in a month-end report, by which time nobody can reconstruct the cause.

Every one of those delays has a cost. A problem that runs for six hours before anyone notices. A decision made on a guess because the real number was not available. An improvement that could not be proved and so lost its funding.

FactoryIQ removes the delay. The operation reports on itself, and the people closest to the work see it first.

Who Uses It

Who Uses It

Operators and supervisors

see their own performance on screens at the line and record stoppages and waste as they happen — quickly, because nobody uses a system that takes five minutes per entry.

Production and plant managers

see every line at once, with the recurring problems ranked by what they cost.

Leadership

sees performance across sites without waiting for a monthly pack, and can see whether last quarter's improvement actually held.

How It Works With Your Plant

Works with the equipment you have

Modern machines connect directly. Older equipment can be brought in through added sensors, or through fast manual entry where connection is not worth the cost.

Starts small

One line, a small number of measures, one screen people actually look at. Extend once the value is visible.

Connects to your existing systems

rather than replacing them.

Implemented by the people who built it

alongside teams who spend their working lives on operating floors.

What It Does

What It Does

Before
  • Yesterday's output reviewed today

  • Stoppages explained from memory

  • Waste found at month end

  • Numbers copied between spreadsheets

  • Improvements hard to prove

After
  • Output against target, now

  • Every stoppage timed and categorised automatically

  • Waste visible where it is created

  • One record, entered once

  • Before-and-after visible in the data

Security and Compliance

Security and Compliance

FactoryIQ is built for connected industrial environments, aligned with NCA cybersecurity requirements for operational systems. Data location and access arrangements are confirmed during implementation.

Getting Started

Most clients begin with one line or one area. Implementation takes weeks, not quarters, and the first results are usually visible within the first month — most often in downtime that turns out to be larger and more concentrated than anyone expected.
